Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page explains when you can have your money back. How to cancel is explained in our Cancellation Policy.
Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full; email us after cancelling. Later payments are not refunded, because you keep access for the period they cover. Free months have nothing to refund and simply end.
3D printable files
A file cannot be given back once it has been downloaded, so:
- if you have not yet downloaded any of the files, you can have a full refund within 7 days of buying;
- once a file has been downloaded, we cannot refund it, unless it is faulty (for example it will not open, or it is not the item described) and we cannot fix it or send you a working file.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. We process them within 30 days of your cancellation; your bank may take a few more days to show the money.

Email hello@smallreasons.com with your email address and what you bought.
Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
