Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time, without a fee and without giving a reason. This page explains how, and what happens next.
Cancelling a subscription
- How: sign in, open My subscription from the account menu, and choose to cancel. You can also email hello@smallreasons.com and we will cancel it for you.
- When it takes effect: straight away. You will not be charged again.
- Your access: you keep everything the subscription opens until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. After that, your account goes back to the free puzzles and story.
- No fee: there is no cancellation fee and no minimum period.
- Changing your mind: you can subscribe again at any time.
Cancelling within 7 days of your first payment
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. Email us after cancelling. See the Refund Policy.
Free months
Free months need no cancelling: there is no card and no charge, and they simply end. If you would like them to end early, email us.
3D printable files
Printable files are single purchases, so there is nothing that renews. If you have not downloaded any of the files, you can cancel the purchase within 7 days for a full refund. Once a file has been downloaded, the Refund Policy explains what we can do.
If we cancel
If we ever stop offering the subscription, we will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days ahead and refund any payment for time they can no longer use. We may close an account that breaks our Terms of Service.
